Sidebench was brought into Meridith Baer Home to help identify the gaps and strategically implement a plan to unite all inventory and job-related functions into one application, accessible from any device (desktop, tablet, and mobile). It had to be high-performing and sleek, while accounting for custom use cases that are inherently unique to their fast-paced day to day operations. MBH employees of all different functions needed to have easy access to the tools and accessibility without clutter. Sidebench partnered with MBH to deliver an advanced business process through a custom FileMaker Pro solution (on desktop and iPad) with connected Bluetooth barcode scanning. This custom system enabled powerful tracking and analytics which provides essential insights for Meridith Baer Home’s executives. In addition, the custom system integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks for accounting automation as well as Salesforce for advanced scheduling and logistics capabilities.
