1. There are two type of users client and technicians. 2. Fixit acts as a portal to connect clients and registered technicians. 3. Using this app the client can search the technicians around him for the services he need 4. The Technician using this app would get request notification which when accepted leads to a one on one communication between the client and technician 5. The app uses the geo fencing features currently with the radius of about 5 km 6. On backend we are using Parse.com (mbaas service). We are using the SDK’s on mobile and web platform to communicate with the Parse service. 7. The backend has been optimized to include the web portal in future.
