Smartphone Preference and Spending in Emerging Asia

Last week, we at Jana ran our fifth in a series of weekly surveys of mobile phone users in emerging markets. The theme for last week’s survey was smartphone preference and spending. We surveyed over 2,500 people in Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, The Philippines, and Vietnam. We invite you to take a look at the results of the survey below and to share your thoughts with us on Twitter: @Jana

You can see the results from our previous surveys on mobile phone usage in Asia, social media usage in Asia, eCommerce in Asia, email, search, and communication in Asia, and mobile web on our blog. The theme for this week’s upcoming survey will be social media. If you have any questions about social media that you would like to ask to our emerging market research panels, please let us know and we will include them in the survey.
