One of the biggest advantages of using a chatbot is that you no longer have to ask for the email address, the bot already knows who the user is and allows you to message them. Instead you can focus on delivering value and leading the user from awareness to interest.

Essentially we are eliminating the email signup step. This alone allows us to move all of our initial traffic from awareness to interest. We can then segment our audiences and speak to each individual’s needs, thereby increasing the likelihood of a sale. Bots are great at personalizing content.

Naturally once a user selects this ad, we want them to go to an appropriate part of the bot and have them see these sneakers.

Every action that people take in your bot is an opportunity to learn and optimize. With each click, share, scroll the user is telling you what they are interested in and under what circumstances they will buy. Chatbots are the first technology which allows you to offer a personalized experience at scale.
After you have enough behaviour based data you can fully segment your audiences. The bot will then efficiently solve the needs for each segment and speak their language.

Each time the user returns to your bot they will see highly relevant content. You will no longer be guessing what they like or are likely to buy or when. As the bot learns and segments your audience the right content can be sent to the right users at the exact right time.
